If you own a rooftop solar system or electrical equipment, problems don’t always show themselves.
Overheating, loose connections, or failing components often develop silently.
By the time a fault becomes visible, it may already have caused damage, energy loss, or safety risk.
Thermography helps identify these hidden issues early, before they turn into costly or dangerous problems.
Thermography is a simple, non-contact inspection method that uses thermal (heat) imaging to see temperature differences.
In plain terms:
It allows us to see heat that the human eye cannot.
Abnormal heat often indicates a problem — such as an electrical fault, a stressed solar panel, or a developing hotspot.
By detecting these temperature changes early, issues can be addressed before failure occurs.
When hidden thermal faults are left undetected, small issues can slowly turn into big problems.Without thermographic inspection:
In some cases, delayed detection can also increase safety risks and unplanned downtime.
Once a faulty solar panel is identified, correcting the issue is usually straightforward.
Based on the project layout and the exact location of the affected panel, a clear report is prepared and shared with the installation team.
In most cases, this team will be the same installer who originally carried out the installation and holds the system warranty.
If not, we can introduce trusted and qualified installation partners.
The replacement process includes:
As a general guide, replacing two solar panels typically requires around one hour of labour.
During this process, the installation team can also perform final electrical testing, ensuring the system is returned to service safely and correctly.
We are here to support you with stress-free consultation and advice.

If you own a residential or commercial property with up to 20 solar panels, located within 30 km of our office,
the inspection cost is $150 only, and the thermographic report will be delivered within a maximum of 2 business days.

If you operate an industrial site, such as a factory or warehouse, with up to 100 solar panels,
the inspection cost is $500.

For systems larger than 10 MW, pricing is calculated per MW and adjusted flexibly based on project conditions and site location.
